Individual state licensure, re-licensure hour and certification requirements may vary, please check with your state board for approval verification. Cancellation and refunds: Tuition is not refundable if the program to which it applies is conducted as scheduled. If a scheduled seminar is cancelled before starting, the unused portion of tuition will be refunded. Cancellations must be made five (5) days prior to the seminar for a full refund for non-attendance. If cancelled within five (5) working days prior to the seminar, a $35 administration fee will be deducted from payment. We reserve the right to cancel any seminar due to low registration.
